CLDS-ng.com eBooks are distinctly watermarked with your email address, name, and the purchase date, both visibly and invisibly. While you may transfer your eBook to your personal devices, it is licensed solely for your use. 7. Customs Charges

2. Book Purchases: If you purchase a book(s) along with your event ticket, please refer to our Terms of Sale for the specific conditions applicable to your book purchase. Books will be available for collection at the event, or you may request delivery by emailing your postal address to info@clds-ng.com. Please note that to receive the book before the event, your request must be submitted at least one week prior to the event date. In the event that you do not attend, your book will be held at Commercial Law Development Services Ltd., 5b Lawani Oduloye Street, Oniru, Lagos for a reasonable period post-event. Books signed by authors at the event are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Event Conduct: The views and opinions expressed by speakers or participants during the event do not necessarily reflect those of Commercial Law Development Services Ltd. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual from the event if we believe they pose a security risk, cause disruption, or are likely to detract from the overall experience of other attendees.
4. Photography and Recording: We may capture photographs, video footage, or other forms of media (“Materials”) during the event for use in our promotional and marketing efforts across various platforms. By attending the event, you consent to appear in such Materials and waive any claims or demands for compensation related to the use of these Materials.
5. Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the event that we must cancel or postpone the event, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. Should you be unable or unwilling to attend the rescheduled event, you may choose between a refund or a credit note equal to the value of your ticket.
6. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property occurring at the event. Additionally, we exclude all implied warranties, terms, and conditions, and we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. In any case, our total liability to you is limited to the amount of your ticket fee.
