Refunds will be provided only for goods that are defective or significantly differ from the description on www.clds-ng.com. Our return policy allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including tags and packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be made in the same market or region where the purchase was initially made.

If we detect any suspicious activity, such as questionable claims about undelivered orders, items returned after being used or read, or items that do not match the original order, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any related accounts) from future purchases. If you believe there has been an error on our part, please contact us, and we will review the situation with you.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@clds-ng.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We apologize if you have received an item that is not in perfect condition. To resolve this issue promptly, please visit our Contact Us section. To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please provide the following information when you first contact us:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product name and code
  • Photo of the defect
  • Description of the defect

(The product name and code can be found in your order confirmation email). If you are using the ‘Contact Us’ form, please be prepared to share an image of the faulty item when you receive our response, as the form does not currently allow for image uploads.

Returns and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, such as custom-made products (including special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about returning a specific item, please feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on items purchased during a sale or for gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get the item you want, the best approach is to return the product you have, and once the return is processed and approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, the process typically takes up to 14 days—7 days for the return and inspection, followed by up to 7 days for the funds to be processed by your bank.

For purchases made with a gift card, store credit, or voucher, any approved refunds will be issued in the same form of payment.

We will keep you informed throughout the process, including sending you an email when your returned parcel is received at our warehouse and another when your refund has been processed.

Refund Timing by Payment Method

  • Card or Apple Pay Payments: Refunds may take up to 7 days from the time you receive the refund confirmation email to appear in your account.
  • Bank or Credit Card Refunds: In some cases, refunds may be reflected on the same date as the original purchase or may appear as the same transaction.
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds processed via PayPal typically show in your account within 48 hours after receiving your refund confirmation email. If your PayPal account is linked to a bank account, please allow an additional 14 days for the funds to be transferred due to PayPal processing times.
