With a career span of almost two decades, Damilola is a seasoned Chief Operations Officer renowned for her adeptness in integrating cross-geographical and cultural teams to drive strategic business unit development and execution. Her professional journey has been marked by a relentless pursuit of innovative business strategies and client-centric solutions, consistently delivering improved margins and transforming global operational systems for profitability and productivity.

Prior to joining CLDS, she was Chief Operating Officer at Helen La Costura Ltd, where she oversaw business operations, production, finance, legal, and sales while steering recruitment, budgeting, and balance sheet management. Partnering closely with the CEO, they drive performance metrics, P&L modelling, and market projections that enhanced product quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Previously, as Engagement Manager at the Fintech Association of Nigeria, she developed financial growth strategies, fostered member relationships, and represented the association at key industry events. Her leadership roles also include Chief Operations Officer at Emerald Solutions Services and Operations Manager at Dashikis Enterprises, where she excelled in global business expansion, P&L management, and operational optimisation. Her career began at Bank PHB Plc., where she progressed from Customer Services Officer to Acting Head of Banking Operations.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Lagos State University and is an active member of the FinTech Association of Nigeria, and the Learning & Development Network International.
