Uche is the Administrative Head and Human Resources Personnel at the Commercial Law Development Services (CLDS). She works closely with all the departments, supervising and ensuring efficiency, accountability, and effectiveness of all staff and business activities for the purpose of actualising the organisation’s goals.

Uche obtained her Bachelor of Law degree Law from the University of Benin, Edo State in 2002 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005.

Prior to joining CLDS, Uche started her law journey at the Law firm of Amadi-Obi & Co – Ezelukwu Chambers, Owerri, Imo State, where she undertook the National Youth Service Corps Scheme and thereafter practised with the firm of P J Ntephe & Co., Legal Practitioners (Lagos) in 2007. She proceeded to work at Windham Offshore Support Services as an Administrative Manager from 2009 – 2012; and as a Property Consultant at Courtfield Realtors Limited from 2012 – 2015.

Uche is accommodating and has human relation capacity. She pays attention to details and enjoys record keeping. She has a good interpersonal communication and managerial skills, a strong believer of team performance and goal achievements of the organisation.
